There are bars where you can't smoke inside (Bears comes immediately to mind) But, until the day that smoking becomes illegal, I don't think the government (local or otherwise) should tell private citizens or business owners that they can't partake in a legal practice at an adults only bar just because some folks don't like it.

Those that can be improved or treated are: Cigarette smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke Diabetes Being overweight or obese High cholesterol Physical inactivity Unhealthy diet (high in sodium, low in potassium, and drinking too much alcohol) Factors that cant be changed or are difficult to control: Family history of high blood pressure Race/ethnicity Increasing age Gender Chronic kidney disease Obstructive sleep apnea Socioeconomic status and psychosocial stress may also contribute to high blood pressure

and a 0.62% reduction per $0.25 tax increase in those making $75,000
