One common issue among cannabis vapers is a sore throat, which can be caused by a variety of factors, including the ingredients in vape cartridges and the way vaping affects the throat and respiratory system
Therefore, we conducted an international study among adults who smoked tobacco cigarettes daily in 2020, and resided in Australia, Canada, England, or the USA, and assessed (1) the association of frequency of cannabis use, high-risk alcohol use, or depressive symptomology on motivation to quit cigarette smoking and attempts to quit smoking, overall and stratified by each country, (2) whether high motivation to quit was associated with making a recent quit attempt, and (3) higher-order interaction effects between the frequency of cannabis use, high-risk alcohol use, and depressive symptomology on each of the outcomes
